Hacker love: calling for beta readers on Hard Pass

Concept art generated by Google Imagen.

My hacker novel, Hard Pass, is in a revision draft. I need some beta readers who would be willing to check it out and give some feedback. Good or bad, it’s all helpful.

  • Prerequisites: you like reading (of course) and have a strong stomach for transgressive fiction.
  • Commitment level: the word count weighs in at approximately 50K (the length of The Great Gatsby, about a 4-5 hour read if you’re speedy).

Here’s the plot: A hacker gets a job as an IT technician for a low-tier Florida university and immediately he’s drafted as a digital mercenary helping coeds get their photos removed from a notorious revenge-porn site. But the true test comes when the girl he loves asks him to help fix her boyfriend’s grades. Will our anti-hero risk jail time for a woman who’ll never be his?

There’s only one way to find out. You can contact me directly through the form below to let me know you’re interested.

For those who care about such things, no part of the manuscript was generated with AI tooling. As wacky as the plot sounds it’s 100% human-grade lunacy.

Your input will help turn this leaky bark into a streamlined dirigible.
